Homemade Crepes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk together until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Using a ladle, pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl around to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, then use a spatula to flip the crepe and cook for another minute on the other side.
- Repeat until all the batter is used.
