Sounds heavenly, right? Let me take you through the steps of making these sinfully delicious delights.
Gluten-Free Crepes Ingredients:
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, and salt.
- Whisk in the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until fully combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
- Quickly swirl the pan to spread the batter into an even layer.
- Cook until the edges of the crepe start to pull away from the pan and the top is set, about 2 minutes.
- Using a spatula, flip the crepe and cook for 1 minute or until the other side is lightly browned.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate as you go.
