Ham and Swiss Savory Crepes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon of thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 6 slices of ham
- 6 slices of Swiss cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Mix together the flour and salt.
- Whisk in the milk, eggs, melted butter, thyme, and black pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the skillet.
- Swirl the skillet to spread the batter until it reaches the edges. Cook until the edges of the crepe start to dry and lift from the skillet, about 1-2 minutes.
- Flip the crepe and cook for an additional minute.
- Slide the crepe onto a plate.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese down the center of each crepe.
- Roll each crepe around the filling and place it back in the skillet seam side down.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crepes are golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped basil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Place the sliced baguette onto a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the oil mixture onto each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, parsley, and basil onto the bread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
- Enjoy!
