Hey folks, let me tell you about my latest kitchen conquest – French Crepes! These babies are light, delicious and super easy to make (even for someone with two left hands like me). So, let’s dive right into the recipe!

First off, let’s take a look at the ingredients:
– All-purpose flour
– Sugar
– Salt
– Milk
– Eggs
– Unsalted butter

Now that we got everything sorted, let’s move on to the instructions.

Step 1: Combine the flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk it around a bit to make sure everything is nice and evenly mixed.

Step 2: Slowly add in the milk and whisk it until the mixture becomes smooth.

Step 3: Next up, beat the eggs and add them to the mixture. Give it a good whisking to make sure it’s all incorporated nicely.

Step 4: Finally, melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Whisk it around a bit once more, and your batter is ready to go!

Now it’s time to cook those babies up. Heat up a non-stick pan over medium heat and ladle some of the batter into the pan. Swirl it around a bit until it covers the bottom of the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to turn brown, then flip it over and cook for another minute. Ta-da! Your first crepe is ready.

Of course, you can serve these babies up with all sorts of fillings – maple syrup, berries, whipped cream, nutella, the list goes on. Get creative and enjoy!

Oh, and before I forget, I also stumbled across another easy crepe recipe. This one is from Natasha’s Kitchen, and it’s just as simple to make. Here are the ingredients:
– Milk
– Eggs
– All-purpose flour
– Salt
– White granulated sugar
– Butter or oil for cooking

And here are the instructions:
Step 1: Whisk together the milk, eggs, flour, salt and sugar until well-combined.

Step 2: Melt some butter or heat up some oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 3: Ladle some of the batter (about 1/4 cup) into the pan and swirl it around until it covers the bottom. Cook for about a minute until the edges start to turn brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
