Classic Pad Thai Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. rice noodles
- 1/2 cup chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions:
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Push the chicken to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through, then add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the rice noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.
- Add the fish sauce, sugar, and tamarind paste to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with scallions, peanuts, and lime wedges to taste and serve hot.
Shrimp Pad Thai Recipe
Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
