Broccoli and Cheddar Frittata

Broccoli Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the broccoli and cheddar cheese.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a 9-inch skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sides are set but the top is still liquid.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
  8. Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  9. Use a spatula to slide the frittata onto a cutting board.
  10. Cut into wedges and serve hot or cold.
