Disney’s Grilled Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- 4 tablespoons of salted butter
Instructions:
- Combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet to medium-low heat.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, in the skillet.
- Layer the cheddar and provolone cheese on top of the bread slice in the skillet.
- Place the second slice of bread on top of the cheese, mayonnaise side up.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on top of the bread slice.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich, add the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter to the skillet, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
