We’re talking about adding things like jalapenos, bacon and even apples to your basic grilled cheese sandwich. My personal favorite would have to be the one featuring that ooey-gooey brie with those sticks of crunchy bacon. Yum.

Ingredients for magical grilled cheese food truck brie and bacon sandwich:
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- Butter
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy
Instructions to make magical grilled cheese food truck brie and bacon sandwich:
- Spread butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
- On the non-buttered side of two slices of bread, add equal amounts of sliced brie and crumbled bacon. Cover with the other slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

- 2 slices bread (your choice of bread variety)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 slice swiss cheese
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- Thousand Island dressing
Instructions to make “To Die For” grilled cheese sandwich:
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of cheddar cheese on the non-buttered side of each slice.
