Hamburger And Rice Casserole Recipes Easy

Ingredients:

• 1 pound of ground beef
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
• 1 can of sweet corn, drained
• 2 cups of cooked rice
• 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
3. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
4. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, and corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, and mix everything together.
6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Hamburger and Rice Casserole

• 1 can of tomato sauce
• 1 cup of uncooked rice
• 1 cup of water
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
3. Add the onions and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, uncooked rice, water, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and mix everything together.
5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
6. Cover the dish with foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
7. Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
