Cheesy Beef and Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (16 oz) package elbow macaroni
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.
- Add in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Stir well and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- Add cooked macaroni to beef mixture and stir well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
