Hello everyone! Today I want to suggest an amazing recipe that I found online for Jerk Chicken. This recipe is very easy to follow and it will definitely leave your taste buds asking for more. So, without further ado, let’s get started!

Now that we’ve seen how amazing this chicken looks, let’s talk about the ingredients you’ll need:
Ingredients:
– 8-10 chicken drumsticks or thighs
– 1/4 cup Soy sauce
– 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
– 2 tbsp Brown sugar
– 2 cloves Garlic, minced
– 1/2 Medium pear or apple, peeled and roughly chopped
– 2 Green onions, roughly chopped
– 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
– 1 tsp Allspice
– 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
– 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the soy sauce, vegetable oil, brown sugar, garlic, pear or apple, green onions, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the marinade into a large ziploc bag or shallow dish and add the chicken pieces. Toss to coat the chicken and let marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
4. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
5. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
