Jerk Chicken Marinade

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 cup of rice, cooked
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
- Season your chicken breasts with the Jamaican jerk seasoning and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
