Jerk Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 4 chicken breasts
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients (except for chicken) in a bowl.
- Add chicken to the bowl, ensuring they are coated in the marinade mixture.
- Marinate chicken in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and bake chicken for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
