Grilled Jerk Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1/4 cup lime juice

- In a small bowl, combine all of the spices and mix well.
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, lime juice, and vegetable oil. Add the spice mixture and stir until well combined.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and shake off any excess liquid. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
