- Place the mixture into a jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Press down firmly on the kimchi to ensure there are no air pockets and that the kimchi is fully submerged in its own liquid.
- Let the kimchi sit at room temperature for 1-5 days depending on your desired level of fermentation. Once it is fully fermented, move it to the fridge to stop the fermentation process and enjoy!
