- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 pound of tofu, cubed
- 3 cups of kimchi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they are soft.
- Add the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a boil.
- Add the tofu, kimchi, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the stew simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
