Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dredge chicken breasts in flour until fully coated, shaking off excess.
- Add olive oil to a large oven-safe skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
