First up, we have some Oven Baked Nacho Fries. Yes, you read that right – nachos and fries combined into one delicious dish. All thanks to the genius creators over at Azure Standard.
Oven Baked Nacho Fries
Now, for those of you who are health-conscious (or at least pretend to be), these nacho fries are baked in the oven instead of deep fried. Trust me, you won’t even miss all that oil.
Ingredients:
- 2 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate large bowl, toss the potato wedges in the seasoned olive oil mixture.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until crispy.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and sliced jalapenos over the crispy fries and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Top with fresh cilantro and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Nacho Meatloaf
Now, you may be thinking “meatloaf and nachos don’t go together”, but just trust me on this one. It’s a game-changer.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup crushed nacho cheese flavored chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, crushed tortilla chips, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg.
- Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, making sure to pack it tightly.
- Top the meatloaf with the crushed nacho cheese flavored chips.
- Bake the meatloaf for 50-60 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
- Serve with additional salsa and guacamole if desired.
