For all my fellow nacho lovers out there, I’ve got a treat for you today! I stumbled upon two seriously drool-worthy loaded beef nacho recipes and I just had to share them with you. So let’s dive right in!
First up, we’ve got Loaded Skillet Nachos. Just the name alone has me salivating. These nachos are jam-packed with ground beef, melty cheese, fresh jalapeños, and all sorts of other goodies. Here’s what you’re going to need:
Loaded Skillet Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the onion, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add a layer of tortilla chips to the bottom of a large cast-iron skillet. Top with half of the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat with another layer of tortilla chips, beef, and cheese.
- Sprinkle the jalapeños over the top of the nachos.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top the nachos with the fresh cilantro and scallions.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.

Restaurant Style Beef Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Drain the grease.
- Add the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Spread a layer of tortilla chips over a large sheet pan.
- Top the tortilla chips with the beef mixture, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the onion, tomato, and black olives over the beef mixture.
- Top everything with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
