4. Add the chicken or shrimp to the skillet and cook until fully cooked through (about 3-4 minutes).

5. Push the meat to one side of the skillet/wok and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs and then mix them together with the meat.

6. Add the Chinese broccoli to the skillet and cook until it has wilted down (about 3-4 minutes).

7. Add the rice noodles to the skillet and stir everything together until well coated.

8. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture and toss well to combine all ingredients.
