- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 4 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine flour and confectioners’ sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 13×9-in. baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, vanilla and salt until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour over hot crust. Bake 25-30 minutes longer or until filling is set.
- Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 pan with foil. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl combine the flour, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter using a pastry blender or your hands until the mixture is crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden in color.
- In another large bowl whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the pecans and pour mixture over crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until filling is set.
- Allow to cool completely before lifting out of the pan using the foil and cutting into squares.
