While there are many variations of this classic dessert, I have found the perfect recipe that I am excited to share with you. Let’s get started!
Easy Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup of light corn syrup
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups of pecan halves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Unroll the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract and beaten eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the pecan halves.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
