Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Karo Light Corn Syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted

- 1 and 1/2 cups of pecans, halves and pieces
- 1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust (9 inches)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
- Stir in the sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Stir in the pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust, making sure to evenly spread the pecans.
- Bake the pecan pie in the oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until the center is set.
- Take the pecan pie out of the oven and let it cool for about 2 hours before serving.
