– 3 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp flour
– 2 cups milk
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly oil a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the seafood and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove the seafood from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, whisk the flour into the melted butter, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
4. Whisk in the milk and continue to stir until the sauce thickens. Bring the sauce to a simmer.
5. Add the grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Stir until the cheese is melted and all ingredients are combined.
