– 300g pork belly, sliced
– 300g cabbage kimchi
– 1 onion, sliced

– 100g enoki mushrooms
– 500ml water
– 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
– 1 tsp sugar (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Spring onions, sliced (for garnishing)
– Toasted sesame seeds (for garnishing)
Instructions:
1. In a pot, saute sliced pork belly until slightly browned.
2. Add in sliced onions and minced garlic. Saute until fragrant.
3. Add in sliced kimchi, gochujang sauce, and sugar (optional). Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add 500ml of water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
5. Add enoki mushrooms and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
