New England Seafood Chowder
Ingredients:
- 4 slices thick cut bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup flour

- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 lbs seafood (scallops, shrimp, cod, etc.)
- 1 lb potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:

- Add seafood, potatoes, and corn. Simmer until seafood is cooked through and potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with bacon and parsley.
