Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain off fat.
- Stir in mixed veggies, cream of mushroom soup and milk. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread mashed potatoes in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Pour beef mixture over potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
