– 1 egg

– 2-3 cups mashed potatoes
– 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add garlic, salt, pepper, onions, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Cook until onions are translucent.
4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
5. Spread mashed potatoes over the top of the mixture.
6. Melt butter and mix with cheddar cheese and green onions. Sprinkle mixture on top of mashed potatoes.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
