Sloppy Joe recipe Beef
Ingredients:

- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture onto hamburger buns and serve.
