Raspberry S’mores
First up, we have a recipe for raspberry s’mores. These are a fruity twist on the classic recipe, and they’re perfect for an afternoon snack or a sweet treat after dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 Graham Crackers, broken in half
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 2 bars of milk chocolate, broken into rectangles (I prefer Cadbury Dairy Milk)
- 2 large marshmallows, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the broken Graham Crackers on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Top each cracker with 1/4 cup of raspberries, 2 chocolate rectangles, and a half of a marshmallow.
- Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and top with the other half of the Graham Cracker. Serve immediately.
Classic S’mores
If you’re looking for something a little more traditional, here’s a recipe for classic s’mores that will transport you right back to a summer campfire.
