- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Naan bread and white rice
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garam masala, salt, ginger, and garlic. Add in chicken, making sure it’s coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the marinated chicken on a lined baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
