- 1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the bite-sized chicken thighs, plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, ground turmeric, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
