- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 can (14 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the chicken pieces onto a baking sheet. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of oil over the chicken and toss to coat. Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes, until softened and translucent.
