1. Marinate the boneless chicken in plain yoghurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, paprika powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it rest for 3-4 hours.
2. Preheat the oven to 400F/200C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
3. Put the marinated chicken cubes on the lined baking tray and brush them with olive oil.
4. Bake the chicken cubes for 20-25 minutes or until it’s golden brown.
5. To make the sauce, heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon olive oil, diced onions, and ginger garlic paste. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
6. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and some water. Cook it for 10-12 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
7. Let the mixture cool down and then blend it in a blender.
8. Strain the tomato puree and heat it in a pan.
9. Add some cream (optional) and the baked chicken cubes into the pan. Cook it for 5-6 minutes.
10. Serve hot with naan or rice.
