- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp water
- Basmati rice, for serving (optional)

- About 30 minutes before you’re ready to serve, whisk together the heavy cream, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl.
- Add the cream mixture to the slow cooker and give everything a stir. Cover and cook on high heat for another 30 minutes.
- Serve over basmati rice or with naan bread.
