Instructions:

- Press the tofu to drain excess liquid and slice into thin pieces.

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a food processor, combine basil, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to form a smooth pesto sauce.
