While you’re waiting, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Once your tofu is done steaming, pour this mixture over the top and serve. Voila! You’ve just made a restaurant-quality meal in no time.
Easy Tofu Scramble Recipe

First, you’ll need to drain the water from your block of tofu. I usually just wrap mine in a paper towel and press down to absorb any excess moisture. Then, use your hands to crumble the tofu into small pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add your chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until the onions are transparent. Then, add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds or so.
Now it’s time to add the tofu to the skillet. You’ll want to mix in the turmeric, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly coated. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly browned.
And there you have it – a simple, tasty tofu scramble that’ll start your day off right.
