-2 tbsp honey
-1 tbsp corn starch
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hot sauce, honey and corn starch.
2. Heat up some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add in the tofu and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.
4. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir until combined.
5. Let cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
