Tuna Carbonara

Ingredients:

1 lb. spaghetti
2 cans tuna, drained
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 egg yolks
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add drained tuna to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and egg yolks.
Add the cream mixture to the pan with the tuna and garlic. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce and serve.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
