Tuna Carbonara
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 egg yolks
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add drained tuna to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and egg yolks.
