Now it’s time to get creative with your fillings! You can add all sorts of things to your potatoes, depending on your taste preferences. For this recipe, we’re gonna add some cheese, green onions, bacon, and sour cream. Mix everything together in the bowl with the potato innards until it’s nice and creamy.
Once your filling is ready, spoon it back into the potato skins. Be generous with your filling, y’all! You want these potatoes to be nice and hearty. Pop them back in the oven at 375 degrees for another 15-20 minutes, until the filling is nice and bubbly.

– 4 large baking potatoes
