Lemon Chicken Recipe Delia

8. Stir in the heavy cream and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
9. Remove the chicken from the oven and spoon the lemon sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
