Have y’all ever tried Korean-style chicken wings? Ooh wee, let me tell you, they are out-of-this-world delicious! I stumbled upon a recipe for Korean-Style Kimchi Gochujang Chicken Wings and knew I had to share it with y’all.
First up, let’s talk about the star of the show – the chicken wings. Now, you can use either drumettes or flats for this recipe, whatever your preference is. You’ll also need some vegetable oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
As for the sauce, it’s made with a combination of gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Oh, and don’t forget the kimchi! The sauce gets tossed with the chicken wings after they’ve been baked to crispy perfection.
To get started, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While it’s heating up, toss the chicken wings with some vegetable oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until they’re cooked through and crispy.
